Ingredients
1 Thomas Bagel Thin2 slices low-fat mozzarella cheese2 Slices tomatoI can't believe it's not butter sprayGarlic SaltItalian seasoning (if desired)
Directions
Heat oven to broil.
Separate bagel thin and spray each half with butter spray. Sprinkle both halves with garlic salt and any other seasonings,
put one slice of cheese on each half, then top with tomato. Place on baking sheet and put under broiler watching closely. Bagels are done when outer edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
This recipe can be altered by adding other veggies/seasonings even adding a meat.
Makes 1 serving.
