Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces *Broccoli Slaw, 6 oz Mmandarin oranges, canned, 234 grams 8 1/4 ozFiber Plus Antioxidants Berry Yogurt Crunch Cereal, 1 cupFresh Express Veggie Lover Salad MIx, 6 oz*Ocean Spray 100 Calorie Craisins Pack, 1 serving Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame reduced fat dressing, 2 tbsp PER SERVING
Directions
Cook chicken till brown, slice in strips or cubes

Mix all other ingredients then top with the cookedchicken
