No Noodle Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth (homemade best)1 cooked chicken breast cut into pieces3/4 cup chopped celery3/4 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic chopped1 egg lightly beaten2 tbs fresh parsley1/2 tsp dried tarragonsplash of lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot, add onion, celery, garlic, and chicken and boil for 2-3 minutes. add herbs and salt and pepper, then remove from heat. While stirring slowly pour in the beaten egg, splash in the lemon juice and enjoy :)
