Nate's buffalo chicken chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken breast2 cups chicken stocksalt & pepper to taste3 tsp garlic1/2 tbsp smoked paprika1/2 tbsp chipotle chile powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1/2 cup texas pete hot sauce1 (15oz) can tomato sauce1 (15oz) diced tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis2 cans chili beans1 can white kidney beans
Directions
brown chicken with salt & pepper with a little oil to preventing sticking, add chicken stock and a little hot sauce, drain excess liquid. In large pot pour tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans and chicken, add all spices and remainer of hot sauce stir well. Bring chili to a boil then turn down low to simmer for at least 60 minutes stirring often to prevent sticking and burning. Can also prepare in crockpot-cook on low several hours, stirring occasionally.
