Onions (chopped)Celery (chopped)Garlic (pressed)Chicken Broth (99% fat free and low sodium)Dried BasilGround CorianderHot Pepper SauceMrs. Dash Garlic & Herb spice (salt free)Bragg Liquid Aminos (can substitute low sodium soy sauce)Sriracha Hot Chili SauceGround Cayenne PepperRaw Rough Chopped CabbageScrambled eggs
Slightly saute' onions and celery then add pressed garlic and saute' another minute. Add chicken broth and seasonings (to taste). Cook on medium heat until heated through approximately 5 minutes then add raw cabbage and cook another 5 minutes Add the scrambled eggs to the hot soup and stir frequently until eggs are incorporated well. You can add more spice for heat or use less if needed to your own taste. This is a great comfort soup and very satisfying. Enjoy!
