Ingredients
1/2 c whole wheat flour1/3 c oat flour10 tblspn Organic Coconut Flour4 tblspn flax meal1/4 c Arrowroot flour1/8 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon2 eggs1/4 c canola oil 1 Tblspn chia seed3/4 c water1/4 c Agave Syrup4 tsp Splenda1 tsp vanilla2 cup grated zucchini1/4 c Motts for tots apple juice
Directions
Grate zucchini enough for 2 cups
mix all dry ingredients together
mix the remaining ingredients together
add mixtures together
place in 1 greased and floured bread pan or muffin tin
bake 45 -60min in 350 oven
