Parmesan Flax Crackers

1 c flax meal1 c almond meal1 c parmesan, fresh, grated (not the green box kind)1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp Italian seasoning herbs, dried1 tsp salt1 c water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Spoon out onto parchment/silpat lined baking pan in a log shape. With wax paper over the log, roll out to 1/8-1/4 inch. Push edges back into mass to make a nice rectangle, and prevent too-thin edges. With rubber spatula, score the rectangle: 6 x 12, for 72 crackers.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or so, till golden brown on edges. Cool slightly, and break apart at score marks. Makes 72 servings.
