Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removedPrego Traditional Italian Sauce 1/2 c., 3 servingMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz*Hormel original pillow pack pepperoni, .25 serving
Cut any fat from chicken and rinse. Pat dry. Cut a pocket into each breast. Stuff with pepperoni. I use a single layer between 5-6 slices per breast slightly over lapping. In a glass baking dish put a small amount of the sauce. Put breasts into dish. Top each breast with cheese. Top with sauce. Do this lightly so as not to knock the cheese off. You can also use Pizza Sauce. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done!
