Bell Pepper Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
ChickenOlive OilGarlic, MincedRed Bell PepperYellow Bell PepperAlfredo Sauce (Knorr Package, Light Butter & Lactaid Milk)
Directions
Heat Olive Oil & Garlic in pan on low heat. Add cubed chicken and increase to meduim high heat. Cook chicken until lightly browned. Add diced red and yellow bell peppers.

In a sauce pan, prepare alfredo. Whisk mix, butter, and milk on high heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened. (Should take about 5-7 mins)

Add alfredo to chicken and bell peppers. Cook on medium heat for five minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

Suggestion: Serve over whole wheat rotini pasta
