Cantelope chunks, 1 med orange skinned, 4 oz plain yogurt, 1 tsp mint, stevia to taste - next time use VANILLA CREME.
Vitamix (or blender or food processor) all. Then add a handful of ice to cool it down. CREAMY and wonderful!
