Easy spicy vegetable soup

Ingredients
3 cups spicy tomato or spicy vegetable juice1 cup water1 small white onion2 tsp chopped garlic1/2 head of a small cabbage2 cups frozen vegetables1/4 cup half and half1 tsp coarse black pepper1 tsp garlic salt1 tsp cayenne pepper4 oz. ground turkey
Directions
Makes five bowl servings.
Saute onion, garlic, olive oil and ground turkey in large pot. When turkey is browned and onions are translucent, add the rest of the ingredients.
Let cook for at least 30 minutes.

Feel free to add whatever vegetables you have on hand, or omit the ground turkey.
