Ingredients
cooked bacon (can be substituted with chopped ham), grated cheese (original recipe calls for swiss), 3 eggs, half and half or light cream, nutmeg, pepper.
Directions
placed cooked bacon and cheese in bottom of pie shell. Pour egg and cream mixture with spices on top. Cook 30 minutes in 375.
