4 C Iceberg Lettuce1 lb. Chicken Breast - Boneless and Skinless3/4 C Green Pepper3/4 C Cucumber3/4 C Celery1/3 C Waterchestnuts1/2 C Green Onions1.5 C Mandarin Oranges (Dole)For Dressing1/4 C Catalina Dressing1 tbsp Soy Sauce2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Directions
Grill chicken and chop.
Finely chop all vegetables.
Mix dressing ingredients and stir briskly.

Arrange vegetables, chicken and oranges on plate. Top with noodles and dressing.
