Apple Glaze Pork Chops

Ingredients
3-4 lean, boneless pork chops1 large Granny Smith apple1 cup apple cider1 tbsp. buttersalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook 15-20 minutes.

Dice apple, saute in pan over medium-high heat, add cider while sauteing. Reduce by half. Add butter, stir apples, cider and butter until blended well. Pour over chops.

Makes 3-4 servings.
