Ingredients
BananaSprinkling of ground cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
Directions
Place peeled banana in microwave save bowl. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon, and only 1/2 that amount ground cloves as it is a VERY powerful spice!
Microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute. If desired, can use as a topper to icecream, pancakes etc or eat as is for a tasty sweet treat.
