Val's Green chile

Ingredients

1 lb diced pork1 chopped onion1/4 cup flour1 28 oz can diced tomatoes2 bags of frozen green chiles (32 oz total) or24 freshly roasted and peeled diced green chiles(the bags are easier)8 cloves of garlic (chop em) or 4 tsp already diced3 tsp chicken boullion or 3 cubes2 to 3 cups of water.
Dice everything.
Fry diced pork and onion in 1 tbsp olive oil for about 7 min untill done.
add 1 or 2 tbsp of flour to pork to coat.
add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 40 to 50 min.
The longer it cooks the hotter it gets.
This makes a lot of green chile. Plan on left overs
1 tsp garlic powder added to warm water will bring down the spicy-ness.
Add a jalapeno for more spice!
