IN A BOWL COMBINE:
2 pounds lean hamburger
5 oz Milk Evap Milk is the best but you can use other kinds
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
IN A SAUCE PAN HEAT:
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP KETCHUP
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1/2 TBLSP LIQUID SMOKE
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED AND THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH AND WARM
ROLL MEAT INTO BALLS AND PLACE IN A BAKING DISH. SPRAY PAN WITH PAM FOR EASIER CLEANUP
POUR SAUCE MIXTURE OVER THE TOP OF THE MEATBALLS
BAKE COVERED FOR 1 HOUR ON 375 DEGREES
