Fruit soda bread

Ingredients
Raisins 50gWholemeal flour 90gBaking Soda 1 tspOats 75gPlain low fat yogurt 50gSunflower Oil (for greasing)Boiling Water 75ml
Directions
10 slices

Preheat oven to 180c (160c fan)
Put the raisins in the water.
Mix flour, soda, oats and yogurt in another bowl.
Add fruit and water to flour mix.
Pour into a lightly greased loaf tin.
Bake for 25mins untill firm and golden.

(will keep for a couple of days in an airtight container)
