4 large potatoes, peeled, and cut into large cubes1/2 cup 1% milk1 tbsp butter1/2 tsp salt
Peel and wash potatoes, Cut into large cubes of equal size.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add potatoes and boil until tender, but not too soft. Drain and let cool slightly.
Mash potatoes, add milk and butter. Season with salt.
Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings
