Ingredients
2.5 lbs lean grond turkey2 - 28 oz cans of diced tomatoes1- 3 oz can tomatoe paste1.5 large yellow onions4 cups water8 cloves garlic sliced1 tsp garlic powder4 tsp chili powder2 tsp onion powder1 tsp oregano2 tsp sea salt.5 tsp crushed red pepper2 tsp black pepper1.5 cups fresh parsley chopped.5 cups fresh cilantro chopped2 table spoons cayenne1 cup scallions
Directions
Brown meat and drain fat. Put in large pot and add the rest of the ingredients except the scallions..wait to add them until 10 minutes before done. cook on low 2 hours. makes 13 servings.

    Chili is awesome but you need to be careful with the cayenne pepper if you don't like your chili really hot. Otherwise it is great! - 8/28/10
