Ingredients
3 c. frozen, shredded hashbrowns3/4 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar1 c. Farmland 95% FF diced cooked ham2 green onions, sliced thinly1 cup egg beaters1-1/2 c. skim milk1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Coat a 2 quart baking dish with Pam and line with hashbrowns. Top with cheese, then ham, then onions. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over hashbrown mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
