Light Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup granulated splenda1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips2/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt2/3 cup skim milk1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Stir in yogurt, milk, and vanilla just until moistened. Coat muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray, or use paper liners. Fill two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

Makes 12 muffins.
