Lima beans and Aloo sabji

Ingredients
*Garam Masala, 1 tspCatch Chat Masala, 1 gram(s) *Cumin seed, 1 tsp *Cumin, ground, 1 tsp, 1 tsp Lima Beans, 100 grams *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSunflower Oil, 2 1tsp
Directions
Heat the sunflower oil and add the cumin seeds until they splutter
Fry the onions in it until golden brown
Add the potatoes and fry for somemore time
When potatoes look half way cooked add the Lima beans
Add all of the spices (chat masala, cumin powder and garam masala)..cook for another 5 to 10 mins
