**Good** Spaghetti Meat Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil3 cans tomato sauce1 cup ground beef/turkey1 cup firm organic tofu1 clove garlic2 yellow onions1 red bell pepper2 tbsp oregano1 tbsp thyme1 tbsp basil1/2 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp dried minced onion
Add olive oil to skillet
Add in fresh garlic and onions, cook until soft
Add tomato sauce and spices and bring to boil
Reduce to simmer and add in ground beef/turkey and tofu, then bring back to boil
Reduce to low, add in bell pepper and let simmer 30-60 minutes
Serve with your favorite whole grain pasta and Enjoy!
