mega protein shake( banana & peanut butter)

Ingredients
1 small -medium banana2 tbsp smooth peanut butter3/4 scoop whey protein shake mix ( vanilla flavor)3/4 scoop soy protein shake mix ( vanilla flavor)2 tsp benefiber clear powder4 tbsp lowfat vanilla yogurt12-16 oz of either skim milk or soy milk
Directions
Place all items into a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 20-24 oz shake depending on how much milk you add. You can also vary from the banana & peanut butter and add your own fav smoothie fruits. I also use this recipe and add strawberries instead of the peanut butter.
