Healthy Spanish Omelette

Ingredients
1 Large Egg3 Egg Whites2 Tbls Old El Paso Refried Beens1 Cup Sliced Onion2-3 Black Olives (Sliced)1 oz FF Kraft Cheddar Cheese**Frank Red Hot Sauce to taste (Optional)
Directions
Makes 1 Omelette (For 2, double up recipe)

In Medium skillet sautee onions until tender. While onions are sauteeing combine 1 egg and 3 egg whites. Pour egg into a large skillet over med heat. Once egg mixture begins to stiffen, spoon refried beans onto your omelette and add olives, cheese, and onion (once onion is cooked). Fold omelette over and transfer from skillet to a plate and ENJOY.
