mix dry then add wet and mix form in to a loaf 1/2 inch thick and then sprinkle the tsp of coconut flakes Sugarfree of course, and cook at 350 for 25 min. let cool then add more Strawberry s/f syrup on top. let cool but in to 6 servings.
