1 medium onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon unsalted butter2 cups Chicken, Cooked, Meat Only chopped or diced1 link Sheboygan Spice Recipe Hot Sausage, skin removed1 teaspoon Zatarain's Creole Seasoning1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Hot Green Chilies, including liquid1 stalk celery, diced1 cup green bell pepper, diced1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained1 pound peeled shrimpCooked rice (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL INFO)
1) In a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
2) Add Sheboygan Spice Recipe Hot Sausage, chicken chunks with Zatarain's Creole Seasoning. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, celery, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
3) Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat; add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink and vegetables are tender.
Serve over cooked rice (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL INFO)
