Garlic Lime Chicken

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce1/4 cup lime juice1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp dry mustard1/2 tsp black pepper
Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place in ziplock bag or tupperware. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic and dry mustard and pour over chicken. Close bag and toss to coat well. Marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Drain chicken; discard leftover marinade. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Spray fryiing pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until done.
