Whole Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups chopped oranges (3 or 4 small) 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 frozen banana4 Tbsp. flax seeds1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Place oranges in Vitamix and process until liquified. Add remaining ingredients and process until liquified. enjoy!
