1/4 C Green Bell Pepper Cubed1/4 C cucumber, peeled and cubed2 plum tomatoes-cubed1/8 C red onion-cubed1/8 C Feta Cheese1 tbsp olive oilsprinkle of balsamic vinigar
Directions
Cube cucumber, red onion, green pepper and tomato.
Add Feta Cheese.
Sprinkle with olive oil and basimic vinigar.
