Elbows pasta with Tuna

Ingredients
tuna canned in water 2 cansElbows, Pasta 200 gTomato sauce 400 gGreen pepper chopped 1Sour cream reduced fat 250 gMozzarella cheese chopped 300 gOnion finely chopped 2tbspgarlic 1 big clove Basil, bay leaf, dill 1 pinch of eachSalt to taste
Directions
Boil 2 lts of water with the herbs and add the pasta ( elbows) and salt, boil 10 minutes until pasta is "al dente".
While preparing the pasta, in a pan, fry in 2 tbsp of olive oil the green pepper first, then the onion and the garlic until they are soft, then the tomato sauce, until it changes it´s color, then add 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese until it melts, then add the sour cream, tossing carefully until everything is relished. Add the tuna
and stir carfully, with an evolving movement and simmer during 2 minutes, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, turn off and cover till cheese melts.
4 Servings.
Serve with a great green salad.
