Pasta A La Di Bacon Carbonara with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 packet of Knorr Bacon Carbonara Mix200g wholewheat spagetti1 punnet 250g mushrooms1 packet Spar Lean Burtchers choice bacon (green packet)1 x 175 g bulgarian yogurt1 Tablesppon butter 3 cups of 2% milk3 cups of boiling water1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Prepare Knorr packet as per instructions but use 3 cups milk and water each. Add butter - Bring to the boil - Simmer for 10 mins. On the side pan fry bacon in olive oil - add mushroooms. Cook. On other side cook spagetti tender a la dente. Add all into one pot and pour in bulgarian yogurt. Mix through and serve hot. Makes 5 portions in Pasta bowls.
