1 lb ground beef (93%, 7%)1 sleeve of crushed Saltine Crackers (can use oatmeal instead)1 egg1 dab of ketchup2 squirts of worcestershire sauce2 squirts of soy sauce1 8oz can of tomato sauceGarlic powerder, Onion powder, season salt, pepper
Mix all ingredients in big bowl. Mix very well with your hands. Preheat oven to 375. After mixing everything together, shape into a loaf. Put in loaf pan. Cook in oven for 1 hour. (will vary depending on your oven). Let cool for about 5 minutes. Serve!
