Ingredients
Ronzoni Garden Delight Pasta1 26oz can spaghetti sauce1/2 med egg plant chopped1/2 zucchini chopped1 small onion chopped1 clove garlic chopped1 bag Quorn Veggie Crumbles
Directions
Boil water for noodles.
Using cooking spray start medium size pan on med heat. add chopped onion, eggplant & zucchini and garlic until tender. Add veggie grounds and 1 can of tomato sauce and heat until warm.
