wild rice and ground lean beef

Ingredients
1 cup wild rice.5 cup cannellini beans1cup pomi chopped tomato8 oz 96% fat free ground meat 1/2 large white onion3 garlic cloves1 jalopeno pepper (optional)
Directions
fry onion and ground meat with the diced garlic until browned add tomatoes and jalopeno if using salt and pepprt to taste add a little oregano.
cook until done
serves 4.
