Brown and Wild Rice Pilaf with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1 Cup Wild Rice1 Cup Brown Rice1 3/4 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth3 Cups Water1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
Directions
Prepare wild rice : Bring 3 cups of water to boil and add the wild rice. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until tender and fluff.

Prepare the Brown Rice: Bring Chicken Broth to a boil and add the rice. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.

Toast the Pine nuts being careful not to burn.

Combine the Rices and nuts and serve. Makes 6 one cup servings.
