Tams Tofu Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup carrots1 cup celery3 cups onion5 cloves garlic1 cup mushrooms6 cups turnip root4 cups red potato6 cups tomato1 cup green beans10 servings extra firm tofu1 pk lipton recipe soup mix3.5 Cups Kidney Beans4 Cups low sodium chicken broth21 oz low sodium V8
Directions
saute carrots, celery, onions & garlic w nonstick spray. Add tomato, soup mix. Add remaining ingedients simmer on low until turnips & potato are tender. Servings are 1 cup each. Add seasonings to taste i like greek seasoning and garlic pepper.
