Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)*Cheddar cheese, shredded, Kraft 2%, 0.75 cup (remove)
Microwave the psinach for 2.5 mins. on high. Drain the excess liquid. Line a12-cup muffin pan with foil baking cups. Spray the cups with cooking spray.
Combine the egg substitute, cheese peppers, oninons, an dspinach in a bowl. Mix well. Divide evenly among the muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 mins., until a knife inserted in teh cneter comes out clean.
