3 Medium fresh avocados 1/2 cup diced raw onion1 fresh lime - juiced3 raw Roma tomatoes1 tsp salt1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Directions
Makes 12 - 1/4 cup servings

Dice tomatoes and onion
peel and pit avocados - place in glass bowl
add salt and lime juice to avocados, blend with a hand processor unit creamy
add tomatoes, onions and cilanto
chill
