1 lb lean ground beef2- large cans original veg-all1 large container V8 vegetable juice, low sodium1/4 c sugar (may omit)
Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain off grease (or you may rinse beef). add Veg All, and V8 juice bringing to almost boiling. Add sugar and stir.
