8 to 10 cups cooked short pasta2 cans (19 oz) tomato juice1/2 cup cream120g mozzarella cheese80g cheddar cheese1 tsp italian seasoningpepper to taste
Cook the pasta in water until al dente
Put the tomato juice, the cream, the italian seasoning and pepper to taste in the pan and mix well
Drain the pasta, and put it in a rectangular oven pan
Mix well, then sprinkle both cheese on top.
Put in the oven at 400 for about 10 minutes, then broil to taste.
Makes 6 portions.
