Ingredients
97% lean turkey breast (ground), 16 oz (*On The Border Mild Salsa 16 oz jar,*365 Organic Tomato Sauce 1 Can, 8oz (Macaroni, whole-wheat, 2 cup elbow shaped Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (*Cabot 50% Reduced Fat White Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
Directions
In 12 inch skillet, cook turkey over med-high heat 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally, until cooked thoroughly; drain
Stir in salsa, tomato sauce and 1.5 c water. Heat to a boil.
Stir in macaroni and corn. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 12-15 mins, stirring occasionally, untill macaroni is tender
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover until cheese is mealted.
