Low Fat Chive-Onion Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
3/4 c part skim ricotta cheese3 tbsp light sour cream1 tbsp nonfat milk1/4 tsp garlic salt1/8 tsp saltDash pepper1 tbsp chopped green onion1 tbsp snipped chives
Directions
In a blender, combine the first six ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Stir in onion and chives. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables.
