Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour2 tsp baking poweder1 Tbsp ground cinnamon (add another Tbsp for more of a kick)1 cup milk1 banana (lightly mashed)2 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions
preheat non-stick pan on med-low.

mash banana and mix with remaining ingredients. stir until combined.

use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cook each side for 2-3 minutes.

serve with a nice fresh fruit salad for a complete meal.
