Ingredients
1/4 cup of Food For Life - Original Ezekiel Cereal, 2 tbs - flax seed (ground), 1/2 cup - milk, 1 tbs - honey, 2 tbs - almonds2 tbs -cranberries
Directions
This is my version of a warm cereal. Just combine all the ingredients and warm in the microwave. Or follow the directions on the Ezekiel cereal box.
