Barbeque French Fries

Ingredients
16 oz frozen French fries4 tbsp light maragarine8 tsp Parmesan cheese1 cup chopped onioncelery salt to taste
Directions
* Tear aluminum foil into 4 12x12 inch squares, fold in half to crease, then open

Instructions are for individual foil packets:
* Spread 1 tablespoon margarine over centre of foil square, leaving 2-3 inch "frame" around the centre
* Sprinkle celery salt on margarine
* Sprinkle 2 tsp Parmesan cheese
* Add 4 oz French fries to one side of the crease
* Add 1/4 cup onion to one side of the crease
* Fold foil along crease
* Close top of foil and edges repeatedly to make a package to put on the barbeque
* Barbeque on medium heat for 25 minutes - 10 minutes on each side directly on the grill, then move to upper rack for final cook
