Apples A La Yogurt

Ingredients
For 2 servings:1 apple1 tsp cinnamon1 cup Low fat Vanilla yogurt1/4 cup Special K Touch of Honey granola cereal
Directions
1. Bring 1-2 cups of water to a boil. Core and cut apples any way you like, i suggest 1/2 inch "cubes". Add apples and cinnamon to water. Boil 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in 2 bowls, put a 1/2 cup of yogurt and half of the granola into each bowl.

3. Drain Apples and place half in each bowl.

4. Enjoy!
