Ingredients:*Eagle Mills All Natural AP Unbleached Flour, 1 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Silk, Plain Soymilk, 1 cup, 1.5 servingApples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Directions
Grate your apple!
Mix all ingredients, make sure to use a wisk to mix peanut butter in really good!

Cook on griddle, and serve!
