It's simple, add:2 Cups of Orange juice (or you can use fresh oranges)1 Banana2 Large carrots shredded (as much as possible)Put together in blender and turn on "High" "Puree" Setting.
Let blend for about a minute or so depending on if you like the pulp or not. Makes 4 cups when all mixed together.
I serve my self half one day and half the next. Enjoy!
